Customer Support
Customer support is provided by both the creator and ReadyShip as follows:
- For hosting inquiries and general inquiries concerning WordPress: ReadyShip provides the support.
- For inquiries concerning the product’s theme, plugins, design, settings, customizations etc.: The creator provides the support.

For questions about hosting, domains, FTP the customers can submit an inquiry from the Dashboard in their account. The customers can also contact us via our support email support@readyship.co or via the Intercom chat window on the right bottom corner on their screen.

For questions about using the product, the customers can send an inquiry to the support email or support URL that are displayed on their website details page on their Dashboard.
